NOTE:

ICA considers factors such as the individual’s family ties to Singaporeans, economic contributions, qualifications, age, family profile and length of residency, to assess the applicant’s ability to contribute to Singapore and integrate into our society, as well as his or her commitment to sinking roots in Singapore.
A PR refers to a foreigner who has been granted permanent residence status which allows him/her to reside in Singapore on a permanent basis.  PRs aged 15 years and above will be issued with the Singapore blue Identity Card (IC). A PR is required to have a valid Re-Entry Permit if he/she wishes to travel out and return to Singapore as a PR.

Navigating Permanent Residence Applications in Singapore

Securing permanent residence in Singapore is a significant milestone for many individuals and families seeking to call this vibrant city-state their home. To streamline the application process and ensure efficiency, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has implemented an online application system known as the e-Service. Here's what you need to know about this digital gateway to PR status in Singapore.

Online PR Applications with e-Service

All permanent residence applications must be submitted through the e-Service platform. This user-friendly system offers applicants two primary options for submission:

Online Data Entry

Applicants can conveniently enter their application details directly through the e-Service portal. This method allows for a seamless and paperless application process.

Offline Form Submission

Alternatively, applicants can download and complete the PR application form offline. After completing the form, they can then submit it online via the e-Service platform.

Aged Parent Sponsorship:
